Reasons to be cheerful | Orange

Orange asked us for help with an internal poster campaign to help renew the positive attitude their brand once had and rally the spirits of their 15,000 UK employees.

Sometimes you need a different approach. We suggested they use their internal poster budget differently, to fund production of a quarterly newspaper instead. In true ‘press gang’ style, we got busy writing The Optimist - a newspaper with a difference, containing only good (true) news.

The Optimist proved such a hit amongst employees that it was rolled out to spread cheer to customers too and distributed in Orange shops nationwide.
