As foreign exchange trading online becomes more of an accepted activity for individuals to pursue, Tel Aviv based Bforex wanted to overhaul their existing offer and replace it with a more intuitive and customer friendly experience.

The thinking
Using research and immersing ourselves in the lives of the key audiences that drive foreign exchange trading, we were able to articulate a clearer position for Bforex to own in a very competitive marketplace. This was as the first customer oriented mass market foreign exchange brand. From being someone’s life to fitting into someones life.

The outcome
Focusing on the flexibility of the service articulated in ‘trade your way’, we created a more ownable and elegant look that supported a more flexible and therefore better customer experience. Borrowing from the more established customer centric worlds of premium banking Bforex was relaunched with great success.
